Buying or renting off-plan can be a daunting prospect, especially if you’ve never done it before. However, at Pegasus Lichfield Bonds we have taken every step to ensure this process is as easy and informative as possible. From home visits to virtual walk-throughs, we have a variety of tools that can help you when choosing your new home. Here are some useful steps that could guide you through the process from reserving off-plan to moving into your new home, whether you choose to rent or buy.

Book an appointment with a member of our team, who are based at the Connells office in Lichfield or if more convenient, we can arrange to visit you in your home. You can also take a virtual tour of our upcoming community and the on-site facilities.
Reserve your new home
If you have a property to sell we can arrange for our partner estate agent Connells to complete a valuation, we can also put you through to one of our part exchange partners. You have the option to buy, rent to buy or rent your new home:
Sale
A 10% deposit (of your apartment purchase price) is payable on exchange. Your £1,000 reservation deposit will be deducted from this 10%. Exchange of contracts will take place 10-12 weeks following your reservation’ before the existing 10% point.
Rental
Your rental deposit (one week's rent) will be placed in a holding account and your assured tenancy paperwork will be shared with you.
Take a tour of the amenities and meet your neighbours
Once constructed, join us for a tour of the communal lounge and social kitchen. Then join us at one of our reservist events to meet others who have chosen to call Lichfield Bonds home.
Planning your move
You can arrange a home move survey with Aprico our specialist downsizing and removals partner who can help you plan your upcoming move and design the layout of your future home.
Completion
We will keep you updated with the key milestones throughout the build process and share a completion date with you as soon as we’re able to. Once we have called completion there will be an opportunity to meet with the on-site Lifehost for a home demonstration visit to learn how everything works inside your new apartment, and to view your new home for the very first time.
