Ahead of the launch of Pegasus Jesmond Assembly in Newcastle, interested buyers are invited to an Information Day at The Mansion House, Jesmond. The informal event will be held on Saturday 22nd February from 10am to 3pm. The Jesmond Assembly team will be on hand throughout the day to answer any questions about purchasing and life at the development.

Jesmond Assembly will offer elegant and contemporary living in the heart of one of Newcastle’s oldest and finest neighbourhoods. Each of the 63 one and two bedroom home will provide light and spacious accommodation with open plan living areas, beautifully appointed modern kitchens, elegant bedrooms and bright, modern bathrooms.

In addition, owners will be able to enjoy the communal areas including an inviting shared lounge and a landscaped terrace, both ideal for a glass of wine and a catch-up with friends. At Jesmond Assembly owners will also benefit from a social kitchen when not exploring the boutique shops, cafes, restaurants on the doorstep. Jesmond Assembly is perfectly located to take in the cultural and surrounding rural and coastal highlights of Newcastle.

Mike Gill, Regional Managing Director at Pegasus Jesmond Assembly commented: “Our developments are driven by Pegasus’ ethos of wellness and community. Working with award-winning Newcastle architect Faulkner Brown, we have created in Jesmond Assembly, a sophisticated, contemporary and vibrant setting for socialising as well as a calm and relaxing environment in which to live. Jesmond is an incredible neighbourhood, and the building evokes the area’s history and reflects its future. We are very excited to welcome interested buyers to the Information Day on 22nd February, ahead of our grand launch later this year, to find out more about the lifestyle the homes and new community will offer.”

The historic site was once home to Central Newcastle High School for Girls and the name Jesmond Assembly celebrates the trailblazing heritage of the school. The new building is designed to enhance the character of Eskdale Terrace and the wider Conservation Area, using modern forms influenced by traditional architecture.
