  • This offer commences on 1 July 2022 and will expire on 30 September 2022.
  • Any reservations made prior to 1 July 2022 shall not be eligible for this offer.
  • This offer is available subject to the tenancy agreement commencing on or before 30 September 2022.
  • The customer will receive free rent from the date of move-in to the 31 December 2022. During this period, the customer will be only charged the service charge for their apartment.
    • i.e, if the service charge is £300 per month and the monthly rental price (excluding service charge) is £1,200 per month. The customer would only pay £300 per calendar month up until 31st December 2022. After this period the rental cost would be £1,500 per calendar month.
