Fitzjohn's is an exciting new development of one, two and three bedroom apartments on Hampstead’s prestigious Fitzjohn’s Avenue, in the heart of London’s most cultured neighbourhood.

Inspired by the charm and grandeur of Victorian mansion blocks, part of Hampstead’s rich architectural heritage, award-winning architect Sergison Bates has designed Fitzjohn's as two mansion blocks connected by a ground-floor entrance lobby. Across the lobby, step into a central courtyard dressed with climbing plants and flowerbeds, echoing the neighbourhood’s leafy streets and mature trees.

Roof planting adds to the local greenery and encourages biodiversity. Inside, the spacious apartments feature high ceilings and open-plan layouts. Each apartment also has an allocated parking space in the automated car park below the development.

Meet the Fitzjohn's Team

David Newey - Sales Director

David has been with Lifestory for over 5 years now and has continued to expand his role, recently being promoted to the leadership team as Sales Director alongside his existing Development responsibilities. Being able to interact with our Customers has always been a priority and this change in role has allowed him to meet more residents across our portfolio. To relax away from work, David enjoys running, cycling and sailing but will give almost any sport a try!

Ben Allen - Development Director

Ben spent 14 years in the construction industry before joining Anthology in May 2015. He was excited by the opportunity to help grow a company that likes to do things a little differently, where regeneration, community and the customer are at the heart of its values. Ben has been predominantly responsible for our Deptford Foundry development, which completed in March 2020 and has won multiple awards with HomeViews for both excellent design, facilities and building management. Ben currently lives in East London, with his wife and two daughters.

Emily Nesbitt - Marketing Director

Emily joined Lifestory in 2019 and comes with over 20 years Sales and Marketing experience in the property arena. With a passion for all things design and a degree in Interior Design, she helps bring our homes to life. Emily spends much of her spare time with her 2 children, entertaining and squeezing in the odd run!

Helen Hogg - Head of Customer Operations

Helen began her career as a Buyer for Marks and Spencer before taking time out to have a family. During this time, Helen worked for Property Investor, buying and selling properties in the Midlands. Helen then entered the Hospitality sector, working her way up to General Manager of Hotels and Conferencing where she spent the next 15 years, before joining Lifestory as the General Manager of 23a Leyton Road in Harpenden. Helen’s current role at Lifestory is centered around exceptional customer service which is something that Helen is extremely passionate about.
