The Vincent1

It's time to live the good life

Situated by the expansive greenery of Durdham and Clifton Downs in Bristol’s Redland district, The Vincent is inspired by its Victorian heritage. The Vincent has created 64 one, two and three-bedroom stunning homes. These are spread across the beautifully restored Queen Victoria House, originally built in 1886, and two brand new Regency-style terraces -Charlotte and Jacob - that overlook the grounds and are named with a nod to the history of Queen Victoria House.

Beyond The Vincent, the leafy green beauty of Redland and Clifton awaits. The stunning tree-lined paths that lead to Clifton Village or the bustling route along Whiteladies Road and Park Street to the City Centre make it a desirable place to call home.

The Victorian influence extends to the design of the newly built Regency terraces - Charlotte and Jacob. Named after Jacob Wilcox Ricketts and Charlotte Augusta, Princess of Wales.

Award-winning architects, Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, have designed the four and five storey terraces with a light-brick façade.

Each home has open-plan living areas with tall windows offering views across the grounds and the Bristol skyline beyond. The spacious kitchens have fully integrated appliances and large worktops.

Built-in wardrobes provide plenty of storage space in the bedrooms and the tiled bathrooms are fitted with either bathtubs or walk-in showers. Two-bedroom apartments include ensuites in the master bedrooms, while most apartments open up onto private balconies.
