COVID-19 Message from Mark Dickinson, Chief Executive Lifestory Group

I hope you and your loved ones are keeping safe and well. We know this year is likely to bring with it many of the challenges we experienced in 2020, at least until further progress has been made with the vaccine roll out, but we are delighted to hear that our local communities have begun to receive the vaccination and we trust that this will be increased over the coming weeks.

We are pleased to let you know that we are still open for home moves and that we will continue to arrange viewings by appointment only. This is in line with the latest Government guidelines; viewings and home moves continue to be permitted under COVID legislation, as long as they operate in a COVID-secure way.

At Lifestory, we place everyone's safety at the forefront of our operations and that's why we take all possible precautions to make sure that our new customers, our owners, Lifestory members and staff are looked after during these difficult times. In our latest Doorstep Tale, Debbie at Renaissance Paignton, shares how she has spent her time during the last lockdown keeping in touch with her neighbour from the safety of her doorway and learning the trumpet which she played to fellow residents. You can follow Debbie's story here.
