Living in Poole

Dorset is known for some of the UK’s best beaches. From Sandbanks’ golden beaches to the vibrant nightlife of Poole and nearby Bournemouth, there is something here for everyone.

The coastal town of Poole boasts glamorous waterside bars and restaurants, and a charming Georgian old town with twisting lanes packed with boutiques, cafés, and independent gift shops.

Step away from the high street for a stroll around the exclusive Poole Quay, or hop on a ferry and escape to the tranquillity of the National Trust’s Brownsea Island, where you can spot the rare red squirrel and explore the magnificent 16th century Brownsea Castle.
