Anthology looks for development opportunities across the UK that offer good access to public transport links, as well as within London Zones 2-5. We aim to responsibly transform underused and badly-used sites into vibrant, healthy communities. We respond proactively to local environmental and social issues.
Focusing on regeneration areas, Anthology promotes resilient communities by providing homes and services of exceptional quality. Our land team looks for medium-scale, mid-market opportunities, and considers sites with or without planning permission, and with values spanning £5m to £50m. We are interested in sites:
- Within London Zones 2-5
- In major cities across the UK
- Close to public transport links
- With capacity for at least 150 homes
- With target sales values of £600-900 per square foot
