Bristol - Stunning Ground Floor Space
Located in Redland, Bristol and situated between Clifton and Westbury Park, the space is located within The Vincent - an independent living community.
The restaurant will be open for both those living at The Vincent and members of the public. Located on the ground floor of the building, the restaurant has been newly refurbished and is fitted out with an open kitchen and dry stores, ready for the new occupier. The restaurant can cater for up to 60 covers and has a designated outdoor seating area.
The Vincent is situated on Redland Hill which connects to Whiteladies Road, one of Bristol’s popular destinations with a range of shops and restaurants.
Montpellier, Cheltenham - Ground Floor Cafe / Restaurant Premises
Enjoying a prime location in Montpellier, Cheltenham, the 1,417 sq ft restaurant is located within One Bayshill Road - an independent living community.
Open for both those living at One Bayshill Road and to members of the public, the restaurant has space for circa 40 covers and comes kitted with a modern Electrolux kitchen, a walk-in cold store and a chef’s table.
Cheltenham is a vibrant Festival Town, with a jam-packed annual calendar of events which includes the races, jazz and literature festivals, which all attract thousands of visitors each year to the spa town.
Tebury, Cotswolds - 1,632 sq ft restaurant space
Located in the second largest town in the Cotswolds, the restaurant sits within the independent living community - Steepleton. This space is available from January 2023. The restaurant is in the middle of the development and comes fitted with an open kitchen, dry store and walk-in fridge.
An area of outstanding natural beauty, Tetbury has good transport links with the A433 and easy access to the M4 and M5. With a range of independent shops and cafes, Tetbury also has the popular attraction of Highgrove and Westonbirt Arboretum.
The restaurant offers 40 covers with additional seating for 16 covers outside and will be open to both members of the public and those who live at Steepleton. Parking for customers is available on-site.
