Lifestory Group welcomes 26 new team members

As we slowly get back to a new ‘normal’ after a rather tumultuous year, at Lifestory, we are delighted to have welcomed 26 new team members across different levels within the various divisions in the business.

Across our age-exclusive portfolios, four new team members have joined  customer facing roles including a regional customer operations manager, a sales advisor, resales advisor and a completions manager. We also had seven new Lifehosts join our three core regions to provide after sales support to our customers and help them settle in their new homes and provide daily assistance.

To support our aspirations to create 5,000 new homes in the next five years, we have appointed four land and planning managers to help identify and manage new land opportunities. Whilst an additional three development managers will be heavily involved in ensuring the high-quality standards of our communities in construction.

Across the Group, we have also welcomed three new joiners; a HR administrator, a treasury project manager and financial accountant who will be supporting our existing administration teams.

The South and Southwest region has also appointed a regional head of marketing and head of design to support the roll out of overarching communication and development strategies. A PA has also joined the Midlands and North region to support the regional managing director.

Nurturing talent from the early stages of a career is also very important to us and we are excited to have two new graduates join us with a further eight due to bolster our various teams across August and September.

Commenting on the appointments, Mark Dickinson, CEO at Lifestory said: “Following the merger of brands Pegasus and Renaissance with open- market specialist Anthology in late 2019, we have spent time refining our business strategy and embedding a new regional structure which means we are now well placed to fulfil our ambitious plans for growth to help support the national housing demands. We are delighted to have appointed a series of talented and experienced individuals who will collectively support us to not only drive our business goals but also offer an exemplary customer service experience to our existing and future customers.

“Team culture is really important to us at Lifestory so across the next few months as we ease back into usual working life, we look forward to getting together and welcoming our new recruits in true Lifestory fashion.”
